STAFF
Our staff is selected not only by their education but also by their love and care for children. Kids World teachers are required to graduate from high school and have studied courses in Early Childhood Education. One staff member who has been certified in first aid will always be on duty while the center is open. Also, Kids World has one employee on duty who has passed OSHA's blood pathogen course. We also require all staff members to undergo a criminal check from the Virginia State Police before they begin work with us and we continue to do the checks throughout their time with us. Our staff's order of authority is as follows: District Director, Director, Assistant Director, Lead Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and then Teacher's Aide.
